I shot the first part of this roll around my studio and house and then it sat around for a couple of years. Then I took it to Sacremento, CA and shot over it. The bright sun...and perhaps the sitting in the xray machine at the airport for a very long time, while they rocked it back and forth looking intently into my bag, may have been contributing factors in the blown out colors and grainy texture.
This is one of my favourite lomographs. It gives a good impression of the atmosphere at the festival. It was very crowded at the Killers concert, when these two decided to climb this post in the back of the audience to have a better view of the stage.

I was introduced to her by some friends and it was love at first sight. I knew I had to make her mine. So I took her out in the countryside in the late summer sun to get to know her better. As we walked I realised I didn't even know her name, so she leaned in close and whispered....Aerochrome.
No more need to guess the correct distance but actually focus through the viewing lens! Works like a charm, you can even see my fingerprint on one of these photos.

I grabbed the Fisheye about a month ago to take some shots down in San Diego and to my surprise I found I already had film in it. I couldn't remember what I had shot with the camera, but decided I had to finish the roll to find out. It turned out the first part of the roll was the Los Angeles County Fair. The other shots are in Balboa Park in San Diego. This camera loves the light and should be a great one to take along on this summer's outings.
Exposing both sides of the film (EBS).
I shot on correct(normal) side first in a sunny/bright day, at ISO400(ISO800 film inside). Below half of the lense was masked with a splitzer. After finished a roll, reverse the film (in a dark-room). Then start shooting on redscale side in a cloudy/rainy day, at ISO200. Upper half was masked with a splitzer. The order of each location is precisely the same as 1st shots. I took notes in details about locations and shot all places with iPhone, to remember locations. Need patience, concentration, and accuracy for this challenge. Plus must be careful with 'gaps' between frames. Going fast, freezing time. Movement, momentum.
This is one of my favourite lomographs ever, because I didn´t know how it would turn out until I got my photos back from the lab. I did not think about the outcome when I shot it. I just took it. Don´t think, just shoot!
