the big blue

A while back, in a rush to stockpile some Elite Chrome before Kodak stopped making it, I ordered a whole bunch from Hong Kong. Long story short, the UK postal service were unimaginably bad and it never arrived, even worse, it ended up going back to Hong Kong before (over 3 months later) eventually finding its way to me.

This all means the film has been irradiated at the airport in those x-ray machines several times and I reckon that's why the rolls are coming out especially blue. Like this shot, taken on a sunny day at Polzeath beach, Cornwall.
